| Vedic Massage Program Objective
The educational objective of this program is for the student to earn a massage diploma with the end purpose of obtaining a massage lisence. This program has a unique curriculum specific to Ayruvedic philosophy and Massage modalities, including ayurvedic aromatherapy and integrative Vedic pathology. Students will be able to apply vedic principles and techniques in their practice and recommend yoga postures to patients as self corrective exercises. This program can be taken as a stand alone diploma program and also the courses in this program are part of the A.S. Ayruvedic Health Studies Program cirriculum.

| Program Description Students will receive basic training in massage therapy to include Swedish, general review of allied massage techniques, business and legal training and hydrotherapy in preparation for a Florida Massage license and ma=national certification. This program also has a specific emphasis on Ayurvedic massage techniques, curative exercise (yoga) and healing philosophy. The program is taught in week-end block modules and the FCIH required courses will be completed in 10 months. The co-requisite Anatomy and Physiology requirement should be completed at an accredited college within that same time frame and must be transferred to FCIH in order to confer diploma..
